Once your payment has been confirmed, your order is usually processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location.
Most orders are delivered within the stated delivery window of 4–9 business days.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We’ll immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To start your return:

- You’ll receive step-by-step return instructions.
Please ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
